QA4849 is a solvent-based aromatic polyester urethane adhesive designed for general-purpose bonding. It offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as leather, fabric, plasticized vinyl, rubber, and thermoplastic rubbers like Kraton. With tensile strength of 2648 psi and elongation of 495%, it provides a flexible yet durable bond. Solids content is 25 ± 1%, viscosity ranges from 3,000–6,000 cPs, and the solvent system is a 1:1 blend of MEK and toluene. Plasticizers may be added to enhance flexibility.
